The Åkers Group is one of the leading manufacturers of cluster mill rolls. Our range covers 12 high, 20 high, Z high and other cluster mill configurations for rolling stainless steel, silicon steels, carbon steels, non-ferrous metals and even precious metals.The Åkers product segment of cluster mill rolls comprises:

Solid and experienced manufacturing in two countries
Cluster Mill Rolls are manufactured at our plants in Söderfors, Sweden and Ravne na Koroskem, Slovenia. Both plants operate modern, well equipped machine shops and advanced computerized heat treatment facilities.
There are a number of parameters which dictate the roll selection process providing the best balance between cost and performance. By going through a detailed pre-order process together with our clients, we are able to ensure that they select the right product every time.

 

Steel grade and roll hardness are two vital components in creating a reliable, high quality manufacturing process. We can provide rolls that offer optimal production output, strip quality and total cost effectiveness.
