Åkers shall continuously improve product and service quality and thereby reduce quality deficiency costs.
Åkers shall maintain a third party approved Quality Management System according to ISO9001. The Quality Management System shall be understood and supported by all co-workers.
Åkers shall deliver products and services with a quality level such that Customers perceive Åkers as their best supplier.
Åkers delivery performance shall be such that we do not receive any Customer complaints.
